BEST LEG: I enjoy all the disciplines, ski is the funniest in big surf because sometimes no matter how skilled you are you have no chance of coming out clean after catching a massive wave! Ski is full of carnage haha great entertainment!

FAVOURITE IRONMAN / IRONWOMAN: Kristy Munroe was when she competed, not only for her great athleticism but she was a gracious competitor and an amazing person.

FAVOURITE HOME SURF SPOT: On the Sunshine Coast it would have to be point cartwright otherwise Tuncurry beach back in NSW.. I have some of the best surfing memories there!
FAVOURITE FORMAT: Triple Sprint, and the Eliminator.

WHAT’S THE HEAVIEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU IN THE SURF? One year in the IronWoman Series trials I was concussed and had to go straight to a medical centre and get my head super glued!
APART FROM IRONWOMAN RACING, HOW DO YOU EARN A CRUST? I’m a receptionist at the Mooloolaba Surf Life saving Club
